We accept credit cards via PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed. We also accept checks/money orders made payable to Sagebrush Crafts, and mailed to us at: Sagebrush Crafts, 180 S. Egan, Burns OR 97720.

We will ship your order by Postal Service within one business day after payment is received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email, and you can either choose an alternative or cancel the item for a refund.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 to any destination within the US. For orders shipped outside the US, we charge exact postage, and will adjust your invoice accordingly.

Domestic orders are shipped by Priority Mail, with average transit time of 2-3 working days. International orders are sent by First-Class Mail International, with estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days.

For your convenience, we are able to ship your gift order directly to your recipient. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order, to ensure that your recipient receives his/her gift.

If you are sending a gift to your Secret Pal, let us know in the message area, and we will ensure that you remain anonymous. A gift card will be included in the package, and the receipt emailed to you.

Gift certificates are sent by email. Please include your recipient's name and email address in the gift message area so that the certificate can be issued to him/her.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, let us know within three days and we will replace it.
