Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed.

Shipping Information
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 and free for orders over $39.50. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Order Processing Time
We will ship your order within one business day after payment is received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email, and you can either choose an alternative or cancel the item for a refund.

Gift Orders
For your convenience, we are able to ship your gift order directly to your recipient. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order, to ensure that your recipient receives his/her gift.

If you are sending a gift to your Secret Pal, let us know in the message area, and we will ensure that you remain anonymous. A gift card will be included in the package, and the receipt emailed to you.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are sent by email. Please include your recipient's name and email address in the gift message area so that the certificate can be issued to him/her.

Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, let us know within three days and we will replace it.
